I am tax attorney and business advisor James G. “Jim” Killough, serving the small business community in Atlanta and surrounding metropolitan area, as well as the Golden Isles on the Georgia coast. Currently, I serve as an arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”). FINRA is not part of the government but an independent, not-for-profit organization authorized by Congress to protect America’s investors, providing a neutral, alternative dispute resolution forum for the public and the industry.
